For Sale: 10% Ownership in 40' Norseman Cat

Norseman 40' Cat owned by Orion LLC. I am 10% owner of this LLC and want to sell my 10% share in this cat. I am retiring the end of Sept and am buying a live aboard boat, and that's the only reason I'm selling my share.
Orion is located in the Virgin Islands. She is a 1995 40' Norseman Catamaran. Her layout is shown below (or attached).

She has two new 27HP Yanmars with low hours put in just one year ago. Sail drives were overhauled at the same time. She has a watermaker. Sails are about 4 years old and in great shape. She is perfect for Virgin Islands cruising with family / friends.
