Tobago 35 Personal Perspective

We began writing this up after responding to quite a few emails asking for this type of info. Thanks to so many of you who have provided advice on a lot of this over the years.

I've run a few Tobagos. Decent boats, esp for the price.

That bit of rigging you mention running to change the jib sheet lead angle is called a "barberhauler". Very effective techinque on most multihulls. Can have a significant impact on performance.

Thanks for reviewing, Belizesailor. I thought barber haulers were used only to pull the jibsheet inboard, but I suppose it could be applied. I could also say it is a means to replace a spinnaker or jib pole for those who have wide boats.
