Two-finger scroll of ENC charts better on Android

Maybe this is a known feature of Android or the OpenCPN app, but I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere. I had noted previously that the performance of the app on my Samsung S22 was slow and jerky with NOAA ENC charts, particularly when scrolling across the chart. However, I discovered that if I use two fingers or two thumbs on the screen I can scroll ENCs smoothly and much faster.
