open cpn crash v5
I am running windows 10 and have had problems with the new v 5 crashing, upgraded with help from the forum to 518 then 613 I had a power out with the computer which caused the 613 to crash. reinstalled it and now cant put plug ins onto it. The plug in is downloaded and showing as installed but not showing on the plug in screen. I can also not find in the forum the link to the suggested 613 version could someone offer advice here please. I have looked repeatedly through the manual and help. I suspect the answer is right under my nose.
