Multiplex USB Serial NMEA as local GPS

Multiplex USB Serial NMEA as local GPS (or intern GPS) for use in another app.
I search and try but can get it. On my android without internal GPS runs OpenCPN and gets NMEA0183 gps/ais data via usb serial.
So far, so good, I have a connection and all data is on screen.
But, sideways, I use another app for location and information and want it to use the GPS data from the incoming NMEA like a internal GPS.
I try to make a connection to output it local but no luck.
Is there a way to make this happen?
