FlySpray leaking email addresses

I am subscribed to some entries in FlySpray and get an email alert when someone comments on the topic - good.

However, the email is sent with the subscribers in the To list, thus revealing the subscribers mail addresses to each other.

They should be put in the Bcc field to avoid this.

Please can someone fix this?

Antipole, Thank you. Something must have changed. I will try to fix this now. That area of the management panel is a little unfamiliar.

Review of Tracker email notices:
1. I find that the majority of Tracker mail has the TO field populated with the addresses of those who are signed up to receive notices. This has always been the standard as far back as I can remember.
2. I find that the new user notifications titled "Notification from Flyspray" have a standard TO list of emails of individuals I recognize who must have some admin rights (about 14).


Do any changes need to be made? If so, how?

1. I am not the one who established or sets the standards here. Someone else needs to do that.

Tracker what was found

Under Admin toolbox > Preferences > Tab Notifications

Found there is apparently no selection for CC or BCC for email out to users.
Perhaps this is set in the PHP code?


I have written Dave and K to see if they can advise.
