Fedora 39 beta on the RPI4

Just tried the new Fedora 39 beta on the Raspberry Pi 4.

Flatpak OpenCPN was updated to version 5.8.4-2

This new Linux version with the latest Gnome interface works very well and fast on
my RPI4.

OpenGL is working and the Oesenc plugin.

Not yet available is the XYGrib application.

SignalK is also running.

Fedora is backed by Redhat/IBM.

Apt=dnf and file format = rpm. System main files work on Btrfs.
