Build OpenCPN for Debian

Since I am using Debian 9 the PPAs did not worked for me . . . there was always a discrepancy between my Debian Version and Ubuntu PPA which needs different libraries etc.

Until now I was fine building OpenCPN by my own, using a manual found in the Opencpn Developers Wiki.
Today I wanted to set up my new environment with Debian (10.2) Buster . . .but I did not find the proper developer manual anymore.

Does anybody have the old manual available or does anybody know what hapened to the Wiki?
