Because I was inverted! quick mounting question

Had to toss in the top gun reference

So Im looking to mount my openCPN setup, the best spot away from any RF would involve it being mounted upside down, how can I make the needed setting to the AHRS/gyros etc?

Also any guidance on how far away from away form, say a water maker or VHF/AIS radio this should be if Im going to be trusting its heading and other sensors, as well as have it sailing the boat via Pypilot?

Thanks
