Viewfax by Iridium Extreme & Axcesspoint

I am preparing for a passage from St Martin to Vanuatu and have been attempting to obtain Viewfax (Beta version) files via my Iridium Extreme Satphone with the Axcesspoint accessory which makes the phone a wifi hotspot.

I can make a wireless connection from my WinXP Laptop to the Satphone but when I request a Viewfax file, say a grib file for instance which only is a small size say around 6kb nothing is received and a error message is received on Viewfax which is shown below.

Error Details:-

A dialog box opens titled File Download Progress which has a message in it of Initialising Fetch

A few seconds later the error message comes up:-

Exception testing connection. Socket error # 11001
Host not found.
Aborting fetch.


I have tried both of the request buttons at the bottom of the Viewfax page. The one next to the wrench is the one I normally use through my home wifi connection. I have also used the Request button at the bottom of the page which says it sends the request via Saildocs but also nothing received.

I would appreciate any advice from any users of the Iridium Extreme Satphone with the Axcesspoint accessory who can successfully obtain Viewfax files.
