Vesper/Cortex Monitered with Starlink

I've seen a couple of posts where people say they've connected Vesper/Cortex monitoring via starlink instead of local cell service. Can anyone explain how to do this? Starlink is way more reliable than foreign cell service. Thanks, Ed

I have gotten 2 responses from Cortex Customer Service saying the connection is simple, just clicking on the wrench in either the vhf hand set then selecting boat wifi as the default connection instead of cell or, I think, doing the same within the app on a smart phone. Anyone successfully done this?
