Vesper Cortex connect to starlink for remote monitoring?

hi everyone, can't seem to find the answer here. I just ordered the Vesper Cortex for my 45' mono. Does anyone know if someone land based can monitor the boat via the cortex if it's connected to wifi from starlink?
I know it has the cellular option for remote monitoring, but obviously won't have cellular reception out at sea.

(Planning Sea of Cortez trip for 8 months from San Francisco next year. Trying to figure out best way for land support team to monitor the boat-ie a couple of friends on standby in case the shtf).

We have both the cortex and Starlink for over a year now.

I believe it will, but I've not tested since I also have cellular hooked up to the unit as backup. One of the issues I had with monitoring last year was that the data was being sent to Garmin/Vesper over Starlink. They never did explain it to me, but they mentioned it. No issues now.
