SEA 235 SSB “UNLOCK”

Does anyone have any ideas or direction on how to get my SEA 235 out of a locked status? The word “UNLOCKED” is displayed on the screen. I’ve consulted the operational manual as well as internet search for any reference to the unlock or lock function.
I can’t even find out if there is a source for customer technical support. Any insights?

Might be a PLL unlock error. The radio probably needs service to fix this, but check the obvious like moisture inside of it or a dead memory battery (if it has one).

Thanks for the replies/guidance.
I’ve been in touch with sea com Corp and will be sending the unit in for service as they identified my situation as a “serious issue that requires factory service”
