Thumbs up Multiple port QC4 charger (12v in)

Has anyone seen a car (or 12v) input charger that has multiple charging ports for cellphones and supports Samsung fast charge protocols like QC4?

Something like this but 12v powered:

https://www.amazon.com.be/-/en/Charg...B6VT72C9&psc=1

or

https://www.amazon.com.be/-/en/Rocor...age=en_GB&th=1

TIA
