I had a boat struck. I never saw it, but it melted the windex and VHF antenna. Left some black traces on the top 1 ft of mast.All electrical systems and wires were fine. GO figure.

I reard of one fellow who wrapped his Mast and Spreaders with Duck Tape. The next morning when he went on deck there to his surprise sat a flock of Ducks sitting on his spreaders and more on deck. I suppose he named it
"A DUCK OF A TALE".
