Icom 7100 convert to all freqenties

Good day ,

My Icom 706 is not working any more and it is sofar damaged that an repair is not posible.

Now I am looking at the Icom 7100 what looks good. I know it is a ham radio but there is a way to chance all those frequenties . ( see attachment )

Is there anybody who knows has a contact for doing this .
