Not quite the old Radio Australia but it would still be a bonzer resource for many cruisers in the SW Pacific and SE Asia... even though they may not be the target audience....

When I am 'off the grid' in Patagonia my only news source is the BBC African service from Ascension Island... I don't think I'm their target audience... but I am now an expert on african football results.......
