I have yet to see that on a GPS.

Furuno NavNET 3D, the 12" MFD version.

FWIW, it can also follow tracks/routes either direction.

The Plan2Nav app I mentioned is free, and east coast charts are something like $29. Plus the cost of your iThing.

The other app is only a few $$$, but then charts are free. I don't know all the products for iThings, but they're probably similar to one of these two methods... or maybe the app is a few $$$ and the charts are a few $$$ too. I think not like Garmin prices. (But then the Garmin unit might be sunlight visible and waterproof, too.)
