halo radar to opencpn

HELP! i was sent a link for a manual for installing a halo 20+ to open cpn from this forum but lost the file and search does not reveal it. can someone help? it was an excellent manual/contribution.

thanks for the links but they don't seem to refer to the info i got via personal message, rather than post. the material i got was simplified, the current links seem to me to be jargon rich. i hate jargon.... if i don't know it! :-)

i have been up the bloody mast most of the day so drenching my woes in heinken. so will set aside the info till tomorrow and see if it makes more sense to me then. MARPA? ARPA? etc etc....
