Fishfinder, GPS, Saltwater, PNW

Any help would be appreciated. I'm getting my dinghy rigged for salmon fishing/trolling and I need to get a fishfinder/GPS unit installed (as well as a transducer). I'd like to spend less than $800 for the whole thing (plus installation). my wish list is:
Color screen
at least a 4" screen
waterproof
pretty accurate GPS/Chartplotting ability (so I can find my way back to the mothership...)
good daylight visibility

I'm in the PNW (if that makes a difference). Thanks for any help!
Cheers
BL

Thanks - I didn't even think about Popeye's... But I was hoping to get a recommendation for a specific model... Cheers,

I think the Garmin 440's have everything your asking. My 545 does.
