Curious about mystery connector

This from a 2005 Eastbay. The connection is up on the mast, just above where the radome is mounted.

Anyone know what might have once used this connector?

It's got a 5 pair cable attached to it. It ends at circuit board in a valance above the port windshield.

The other end has a small 1" x 2" circuit board with an RJ11 jack on one side and a DB-9 connector on the other (no pic of the board).

No other identifying marks beyond the 206037-1 part number on the collar.

I don't particularly care, as it's likely going to just get removed, I'm just curious what might have once used it. I'll have the circuit board left-over, should anyone have need of it let me know.
