Autohelm ST4000 Tiller Pilot Spares

Hi,
Can anyone help please? I sat on my Autohelm ST4000 Tiller Pilot actuating ram the other day and snapped it in half, at the red plastic gear assembly, I have searched the net for ages now looking for parts but to no evail. Does anyone know where I can get parts for this, they do not seem to exist?

Hi Simon.I am trying to get over the exact same problem.Rang Raymarine this morning.They only supply this part as part of the gearbox assembly but said they would see if they had one lying round in the workshops.I'm still waiting for a call back.This is the second time I've broken mine and last time they came up trumps.Good luck

ST4000 GP + tiller autopilot has no substitute, definitely not the EV-100. Raymarine resellers in Chaguaramas ( and repair center ) don't help to get a 12V motor drive unit. I would understand the approach ( push for EV-100) if EV-100 would present comparable features( up to 14300 lb boats) can explain ?
