Amec Camino-108 AIS authorization code?

Wondering if anyone on here actually has the authorization code for getting into the hidden menu for changing the MMSI on the Amec units?

Yup, doesn't work.

The whole MMSI lockdown is so frustrating on every device.

You have to email the company with the currently stored MMSI, which will let them produce a code for you. All clear now

Hi All - this might be almost forgotten, but I have a similar issue with a Camino 101. Who can I email for assistance withg a reset code (and the software to run)?

Email Alltekmarine with your current MMSI and they will give you the code.

I tried that but did not get a response. Today I contacted the US distributor, Milltek Marine and using the chat bot, got helped very quickly and professionally. Jason sent me full instructions, a link to the software and a reset code. Very professional and friendly. I'm impressed.

umm, they got back to me within the same week yet my email is a marine company so that might help the situation.

Hello,
in case anyone else is looking for it, after many unsuccessful attempts I looked in the exe of the Config Tool and found
"This program must be run under Win32".
I then tried it with an old Win7-32bit computer with AIS-Config Tool V2.0.6.
Success the 1st time!!!
So click on "MMSI" several times for at least 3 seconds, then enter the code "2367" in the mask that pops up and transfer the configuration to the device. Done!

So on the NAIS-500 if you download the AIS Configuration tool from the product page at milltechmarine.com and key in the 4 digit code 2367 it will reset the mmsi.
