WTK best location sell custom 65' powerboat

Friends have a 65' custom made powerboat. Made by Vicem in Turkey, absolutely stunning, 100% teak interior, dual Mann turbo diesels. The hull is impregnated marine plywood.

Because the hull is not fiberglass (in fact, nothing on the boat is fiberglass), I'm suspecting that the market will be limited to those who want a very classy boat, and not fantastic plastic. I'm thinking those who entertain, marketing/ arts types, etc.

So I'm thinking the best place to put the boat for sale is Chicago or Miami.

Any input appreciated.
