Permanent address for live aboard in md

Hi. I recently sold my home and moved onto my boat. I will reside on my boat in maryland for 6 months out of the year and out of the country for the other 6 months. The problem is maryland mva will not let me use the marinas address on my drivers license due to it being a commercial address. I do not want to use a friend's address as that gets too involved. Has anyone else encountered this?
