Oh but where to start? There are so many things to talk about. Best caliber, stainless or blued, best shooting position from an unstable platform, rust prevention, favorite long gun, .223 vs 5.56, power of a shot gun vs distance of a rifle, types of ammo, more grain vs more velocity.......the possibilities are endless

is there a setting so you can get an alert when someone posts something to a specialty group? Right now the only way I know how to get to it is to click on my profile then click on the specialty group in my list in the right column. Is there an easier or faster way and can you get notices when people post?

When you're in the discussion, click on the "discussion tools" link upper right, you'll then be looking at a drop down, choose "subscribe." It will then ask you how you want to be notified, check via "email."

You can also do this under the heading within the group "Group Tools."

If you click on 'Group tools' there is an option to subscribe to receive notification of any new posts in a certain social group.

This notification will appear in your User CP, or if you have elected to receive email notification they will show that way.

Same goes for subscribing to a forum or to a thread.
