Electric Panel Question

Aloha Spirit is 2007 Bavaria 42C, electric panel model 301, the situation is like this, the steam, the bow and stern lights are blinking on the panel but operating properly, no blinking on location, the mast head and deck flood also working properly but no blinking on the panel. We are told by the Lauch operator and we heard it too, that we are causing some interference on the radio. Any ideas and/or suggestions will be appreciated. Sub question, anyone use the Power-Tec 8A4D AGM batteries as their service bank, let me know your evaluation on those.

You likely changed your bulbs to LEDs which draw very little current and your panel lights might flash when current draw is very low as it is from LEDs but not from incandescent bulbs. Flashing was meant to indicate a fault...open circuit or dead bulb. LEDs draw so little they "appear" to be not there from a current draw perspective.
