US ex-pat health insurance

I am wondering what US ex-pats and live aboard cruisers are doing for health insurance.

Does anyone have any ideas on what to use as search terms to find options? My Google skills are certainly lacking.

My local insurance companies say this is not possible without having a residence stateside. I just sold everything.

You might search for "digital nomad visa health insurance" I'm not sure if you will meet the requirements, but there are many companies that specialize in these
