Catamaran Company Experiences

I have a friend who is in the process of buying a boat thru The Catamaran Company. The broker has behaved like jerk all along and is getting worse.

What have others experiences been with TCC?

Irregardless of the Company, WHY would you proceed? There are too many brokers who behave professionally,

I too ran into several jerks as I proceeded to my purchase.

Just tell him to fire his broker and get another one. Unless it's the sellers broker, in which case he should tell his broker to tell the other broker to smarten his ass up our he'll drop this boat and find another.

Unfortunately, the deal is quite far along, closing scheduled in a few days. Broker, in addition to having been a general prick during the process, is now trying to use escrow funds to pay some expenses prior to closing. Buyer is getting attorney involved on Monday (has already discussed the matter with him).

Seller has been very agreeable to work with, but broker has nearly cost him the sale and still may.
