I have to say that my experiences with Raymarine support have been good. I have called them up for two problems, one with the
chartplotter and again with auto pilot problems the chartplotter problem was
solved quickly but the
autopilot took a couple of really long
phone calls while they guided me through the troubleshooting drill. The problem was found, and
solved with a new
rudder indicator.
my Raymarine system is a 2003 version.
Maybe it is the luck of the draw but the techs that helped me were very good.
