Is it possible to talk with a human at Renogy

So I decided to Buy a couple of Lifepro batteries and 2 200 watt solar panels from Renogy. Everything was going nicely until they informed me that their distribution centre could not deliver to the Greek Islands. But could deliver to the Greek Mainland.

This is where it got silly.

I asked what I assume are bots if they could deliver to a freight company in Athens who did ship stuff to the Greek islands. I could not get a reply other than ship to friends or family on the Mainland. Or to inform me that they could not ship to Athens Island.

I have filled out their online forms been in contact with the US and Uk branch had conversations with their "specialist Bots" all to no effect asked to speak to a human, a supervisor. Nothing works.

I have the screen shots and emails I swear I am not making this up. has anyone ever been able to telephone a human?

My question is simple can they ship my order from Germany to a freight company in Athens? Thats it. Frustrating is one word for it. I have several others that come to mind.

So if you know how to contact someone human please let me know.

cheers

Thats great to hear. Did you actually talk to a human? I received an email last night saying you can not contact them in Europe by phone! It seems their EU operation is based in Germany. Could be wrong about that. I know they have a Bot centre in the UK.

My concern is now if I am having this amount of trouble placing an order How hard will it be if I have a problem?

Life should not be this complicated
