Raymarine LifeTag System

Have someone installed this in a cat,
and where did you put the base station ?

I’d put the Base Station near the cockpit helm, and the included External Alarm Module inside the boat.

There are also systems now that let you know where the MOB actually is rather than where they were at the point of the accident.

E.g., but not only:

AIS MOB: Kannad SafeLink R10 & McMurdo SmartFind S10 | Cruising World

Yes will get 2 off those also,
these are not new, we have been useing them on Helicopter transport ,to and from the NorthSea oilplatforms/riggs, for 3 years now.
