Hurricane Prep Seminar, June 5, Pensacola

I will be presenting my annual, (since 1996) seminar on preparing your boat when a hurricane is heading your way. Tuesday evening at 6PM at the West Marine store, 3500 Barrancas, Pensacola.
This also a roundtable discussion, so you are invited to attend and share your experiences.
We will talk about boats on trailers, (go to Tennessee), boats in marinas, at docks, anchored, on lifts and anchored out. How to prepare your boat by reducing windage, additional dock lines, types, "hidey holes", insurance and salvage.

I will discuss what not to do, like riding out the storm on your boat as I did in 2004 Hurricane Ivan.

Call 850 572 1225 (0800 -1200 CDT only) or e mail for more info
