health insurance while cruising

Can anyone help me concerning health insurance while cruising. I am presently covered but it ends the moment I leave US soil. Are there companies out there that will cover anyone internationally? My plans call for a circumnavigation.

With the low price of health care outside the US, the hassle of trying to file a claim for work done by the clinic in Timbuktu, you're likely better to self fund your health care..

Steer clear of Travel Underwriters Worldwide Mediclaim. If you make a claim they simply refuse to pay. That was my experience and that of others I've talked to.
