Watch for back injuries from guys bending over for hours on end while holding a sander working on a hull.

Good luck with the career, don’t know what country you are in but suggest you speak with national safety council, local ohsa or workcover Dept,
You don’t need to reinvest the wheel, it will be like managing a building site but only worse as owners who work on their boats generally have has no safety training or induction.
