resuming a NAV leg on B&G

Question:

Can I resume a multi-leg NAV course?

Specifically, assume I have set up a course from A to B, B to C, and then C to D. Let's say I leave the course (turn the auto-pilot off) to avoid a sea of crab pots after I pass point B. Can (and how) do I resume the course? On an airplane (I am an airline transport pilot), you would simply activate leg B to C, and interest that line. However, I have been unable to figure out how to do this on my B&G system with Zeus chart plotters. If I set point C as the "goto" waypoint, the autopilot does not then continue on to D. if I set up the boat on the line from B to C, activate the route and hit NAV, it does not seem to understand that I want to go to C and then on to D.

Ideas?

Re: resuming a NAV leg on B&G

I am responding to my own post in the hope that it will get the attention of someone that might have an answer. Sorry for any inconvenience.
