Navionics issue

Wondering if anyone else having issues with Navionics...I've had the Australia -New Zealand subscription the last 3 yrs with no issue, suddenly the gps position has disappeared ie the red arrow, tablet is a samsung & gps chip is working fine (on another app). What's weird if I uninstall & then re-install the Navionics app the red arrow will appear...but I don't want to do that every time I need to use it...I've tried to contact the Navionics helpline but keep getting run around in circles...It's probably something simple, maybe someone more tech savvy than me can help...

Check to see if the battery management software is turning the GPS off.
