Anyone had experience..?

I purchased C map for my plotter 2 days back.
FOr activation, I have to register my plotter and need to input serial number and Content ID to GoFree web site.
I inputted incorrect content ID therefore map could not display on plotter's screen.
i corrected content ID on GoFree web site but purchased map is gone.
What shall I do? I sent email to them and I spoke with support center guy but they told me just wait...
Expire date is coming. please help me.
