FYI. I had a positive experience with Southwest Wind Power customer service dealing with some paint chipping on my 48 volt Marine Air X wind turbine.

I also had an excellent experience with the technical support representative of Southwest Windpower, manufactures of the Air-X- Marine wind generator. The generator, 4 years old, developed a knocking vibration noise and I ordered new blades, a yaw assembly and bearing kit with O ring. I was only charged for the blades, the manufacturer providing the other parts free. Estimated savings approx $200. The parts were received within two weeks of ordering in Bocas del Toro Panama
