Oyster Pond slips/mooring balls

We will be sailing to St. Maarten the end of April, and staying on shore for a week. I e-mailed Oyster Pond Marina to see if we could get a slip for the week, but have not received a reply. I also understand there may be mooring balls that may be available, which would be fine. Any assistance on how/who to contact in Oyster Pond, St. Maarten, would be greatly appreciated.
