Lofrans Airon windlass gypsy replacement

Hello,
I bought a new gypsy for my Airon windlass and the part came but it’s quite different from the existing gypsy.
1. The bronze inner keyed race is missing ( are you supposed to press old one or get a new inner pressed in?)
2. Diameter and width are larger
3. Inner race dimension is the same?
So I was wondering will this adapt or is this the wrong part
It’s PN 631007 and listed as on Lofrans site as the correct part for 5/16 HT chain
