Liberty State Park
Had a fun day sailing today in New Jersey. Motored to the Liberty State Park behind the Statue of Liberty. I thought it would be shallow and I went really slow thinking that I might run aground. But surprisingly it was 10-12 feet deep.

Saw a couple of boats there anchored. I just stayed an hour, had a drink, and motored back home. But definitely will go back. Looks like a great place for day trips or multiple day and night trips. Very protected. Can’t wait to go back next year for grilling and maybe a dip in the water.
