Lewmar V3 windlass motor/gearbox (with FastFit) won’t come off shaft
Really struggling to get the motor/gearbox to drop down/off the shaft of my Lewmar V3. It is a FastFit model and I managed to get then collar/bolts off, BUT the gearbox will only slide down the shaft about 1/4”. Very surprised it won’t release. Any thoughts, ideas or actual experience with this model and issue would be appreciated.
