Chain Sandblasting & Hot-Dip Galvanizing in Florida?

Need to find a company in the state of Florida that can sandblast and hot-dip galvanize my anchor chain. Apparently, this requires a company to have a 'spinner', whatever that is. So far my research has come up with zilch and that won't get my rusty anchor chain regalvanized. Does anyone know of a company that does this? Thanks.

If you want to de-rust the chain, get a 4x4 and drag it down a beach.
