Trinka 10 Self-bailer

Hi there. Can anyone tell me the make of the self-bailer used on the Trinka 10, and/or how it functions? Just purchased an ‘88 hull and previous owner has sealed it in, didn’t seem to understand its usage by talking with him. Thanks!
