Tohatsu carb jet removal

I need to remove the large jet on a Tohatsu 9.8 four stroke. The small one is screwed in but the large one is recessed and held with an O ring as far as I can tell. See #9. Any ideas?Click image for larger version

9 is not the jet, it’s the emulsion tube, and yes it may be just pressed in and normally held in by the main jet.
10 and 12 are the jets. 12 is the main jet and 10 the low speed. I have no idea what 13 is.
