Seadoo on davits when sailing

My kids are harassing me about bringing a seadoo spark on our next sailing trip. The seadoo weigh about 180kg. I was thinking adding davits to our stern that are made of 42mm steel and are rated for 150kg/piece. I’m sure this will work fine motoring and in calm conditions. What worries me is when we go offshore sailing, heels and start to slam into 3 meter waves. That seadoo really need to sit tight then. Anyone with real life experience with this? We have a 41 feet cruising mono.
