Dingy winter storage

hello everyone
We have a Mercury Ouicksilver AA270 dingy and was wonder what is the recommended storage for the winter? Do we need to deflate it and store it in doors or can we leave it inflated and store it ontop of the boat flipped over under the cover?

Warm storage would be better than freezing storage.
In any case: deflate it, and keep it covered (from sun, rain/ice, & dirt).
