The main problem is when going astern to berth or getting under way. Any ideas much appreciated. Both hands needed to control the throttles each side of the helm, so no free hand due to distance between them!

Bobcat, why don't you post a pic of your helm? If we could see what you are up against, we'd be much better able to help you! As it is, I've not a clue!
