Sliding Gooseneck Rail

Hi folks,

I've acquired a ketch that the mizzen boom has been disconnected from.
All the components are there to reassemble except one:
The 'slider rail' to which the gooseneck attaches.
I have no idea what it's actually called which is, perhaps unsurprisingly, hampering my efforts to find a replacement.
